Trail Maintenance Lee Point

This Saturday 7th May ’22 DORC will be holding trail maintenance at Lee Point slashing the speargrass back and clearing the trails. We will meet at the main car park for Lee Point beach near the public toilets (straight on your left as you enter the car park) at 7:20am for a 7:30am start.

You will need to bring a grass rake (the club will have some rakes available to use if you don’t have one), gloves, bug spray and sunscreen, good shoes for walking and working in, min 2L of water and a hat. We will provide some equipment and fuel for people to use but if you would like to bring your own line trimmer and fuel you are more than welcome. We will have 3 line trimmers available for volunteers to use and four rakes as well.

Sunscreen, bug spray and a cooler with cold water to top up off will be supplied.
