Half Day Skills Course-20/5/2017

Half Day MTB Skills Course
Saturday 20th May 2017
8:00 am – 12:00 noon
New Pine Forest
Howard Springs

DORC will be running a half day clinic for MTB riders who are interested in riding smoother, faster and with more control.
The course will be run by a qualified MTBA, PMBIA instructor and will cover:

a. body position
b. front wheel lifts,
c. rear wheel lifts
d. Lifting both wheels of the ground.

You will learn how to:
* use your body position to get more from your bike
* Manual, wheelie and pre-load front wheel lifts
* Lift your rear wheel over gutters, logs, rocks etc,
* Lifting both wheels together (Bunny Hops) and combine all of the above

This clinic is for riders who already have the basics under control and would like to take their riding to the next level.

Riders wishing to attend this course must be over 18 years of age and be members of DORC and MTBA.

The session will cost $50 per person with all proceeds going to DORC.
Places are limited to 8 riders.
