Hey guys, this’ll be my first ever event and I don’t wanna make a douche out of myself and take on something way out of my depth. I’m 38, a pretty trashed back and average fitness. I ride about 20/30km a week to/from work with the odd 50km day here and there.

    Send thoughts people.
    Cheers,
    Jeremy.

Open Men is for those who are a little bit fitter and faster on there bikes, those who take the race a bit more serious, Sports Men is for those who like to ride on the weekend
